  • C-Change
    C-Change is comprised of the nation's key cancer leaders from government, business and nonprofit sectors. These cancer leaders share the vision of a future where cancer is prevented, detected early, and cured or managed successfully as a chronic illness.
  • CDC Healthier Worksite Initiative
    This Web site was designed as a resource for workplace health promotion program planners and contains valuable information, resources and step-by-step tool kits to help you improve the health of your employees.
  • Health and Wellness Resource Library
    More than 5,000 handouts, brochures, booklets, care guides, tip sheets, sample policies, complete worksite wellness programs and more are all provided on this site free of charge.
  • National Association for Health and Fitness
    NAHF is a nonprofit organization that exists to improve the quality of life for individuals in the United States through the promotion of healthy lifestyles. NAHF accomplishes this work by fostering and supporting Governors, State Councils and coalitions that promote and encourage regular physical activity.
  • National Institutes of Health
    The National Institutes of Health (NIH), a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is the primary Federal agency for conducting and supporting medical research. The organization helps lead the way to important medical discoveries that improve health and save lives.
  • National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health
    The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is responsible for conducting research and making recommendations for the prevention of work-related disease and injury.

    The National Center for Bicycling and Walking (NCBW) is a program of the Bicycle Federation of America (BFA), a national nonprofit with the mission of creating bicycle friendly and walkable communities.
